By accessing or using MemberCard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms for that organization and represent that you have the authority to do so.

2. Service Description

MemberCard provides a platform for managing and issuing digital membership cards. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at our discretion.

3. User Responsibilities

As an organization administrator, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of the member data you provide.
  • Obtaining any necessary consent from members to store their data and issue digital cards.
  • Complying with all applicable data protection and privacy laws.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use MemberCard for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or disrupt the service for other users.

5. Limitation of Liability

MemberCard is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
